IIn North West London, running is about more than pace or distance, it's about community.
Born and raised in the London borough of Brent, Nike strength and conditioning coach Leon Parkes built NOV after he saw how many people felt excluded from traditional running culture, despite wanting to be part of it. NOV was created to change that — building a space where everyone feels welcome, represented, and motivated to show up.
NOV isn't a running club that happens to be in Wembley. It's Wembley. Diverse, multigenerational, and built from the inside.
With the London Marathon on the horizon and a full training block underway, this is a film about belonging before fitness. About the quiet discipline of building something real, in the place you're from, for the people already there.
